Xinotree Software Private Limited

Our office is located in Kavuri Hills, specifically in Block B at Plot Numbers 188 and 189. This part of Guttala Begumpet in Madhapur is always active with new businesses popping up. Xinotree Software Private Limited has been in this spot for a while now. We have a decent amount of space spread across the two plots. It’s mostly open-plan because we found that talking across the room is easier than sending emails to someone sitting five feet away. We do a lot of software engineering here. The team is a mix of younger programmers and a few of us who have been around since the beginning. We don't have a lot of rules about when you have to be at your desk, as long as the work gets done on time. The building is older, so it has some character, like the creaky floorboards in the hallway. We have a small break room where the fridge is usually full of someone's leftovers. It’s a very human place to work. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a bunch of tech enthusiasts who turned our hobby into a business. The 500033 area is a great place to be because everything we need is right around the corner. We focus on writing clean code and solving the puzzles that our clients bring to us on a regular basis.
