Xerom Technologies Private Limited operates out of U-Block in the Aparna Cyberzon complex. We’re in unit 709, which gives us a pretty good view of the Nallagandla area. Being near Citizen Hospital makes it easy to give directions to anyone trying to find us. It’s a bit of a trek out to Lingampally for some people, but we like the vibe here. It’s a mix of residential and business, so it doesn't feel too sterile. Our team handles a variety of tech projects. We have a few long-term employees who have been here since we first opened our doors. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and someone usually has the radio on low in the background. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. It’s more about the code we write than how we look. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the finish line, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The apartment complex setting means there's always something going on nearby. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just show up in Rangareddi every day and do the work that needs doing for our customers. It’s just how we run things in Telangana.
