Xala-Rate Software Solutions Private

Xala-Rate Software Solutions Private is based out of Hyder Nagar. We are in Flat No. 104 of the Bhavayas Akila Exotica building. It’s a decent spot in Kukatpally, though the traffic on the main roads can be a headache some mornings. We have been working from this flat for a while. It’s a compact space, but it fits us just fine. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just the people doing the actual technical work. We spend our days looking at code and trying to make things run faster or better. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and other times things just click. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because software can be stressful enough on its own. There’s no dress code or anything formal. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. We like being in Hyder Nagar because everything is close by. If we need a part or a quick snack, we can find it in minutes. The building itself is pretty well-known in the area. We have our routine down: get in, check the messages, and start the day’s tasks. We don't pretend to be some global giant. We are just a small software firm in Rangareddi trying to do right by the people we work for. It’s honest, hard work and we’re okay with that.
