Wright Waay Infrastructure Private Limited runs out of a ground floor flat, G4, in Aparna Green Homes. We’re located in Nanakramguda Village, which has changed a lot since we first started coming around here. Our office isn't anything special—it's just a place to keep our records and meet with the guys from the sites. We handle various infrastructure jobs, which basically means a lot of dirt, concrete, and heavy machinery. It's not a glamorous life. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure the workers have what they need to keep going. Sometimes we run into delays because of a bad batch of cement or a broken-down tractor. We just deal with those things as they come. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re a local outfit that knows the soil and the roads in this part of Hyderabad. The office usually has a few sets of muddy boots near the door and a pot of coffee that’s been sitting too long. We don't put on an act for anyone.
