Worktech Software Private Limited

We’ve been set up in Myfairgarden Apartments on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills for a while now. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, but being tucked away in the 8-2-682/3/A&B block makes it a bit quieter for us to focus. There are about ten of us here most days. We started Worktech Software Private Limited because we just liked building tools that actually do what they say they will. It isn't a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a regular office space where we drink too much tea and try to figure out coding problems. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially in the evenings, but you get used to it. Most of our work involves standard software development. We don't have a giant HR department or a gym in the basement. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of whiteboards filled with scribbles. We usually eat lunch together at one of the small places nearby. It’s simple here. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing. People just show up, do their tasks, and head home to their families. We’ve had some long nights when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. If you ever come by the apartments, you'll see us there. It’s a decent spot to work and we’re happy to be part of the local community here in Banjara Hills.
