Winnsol Innovations Private Limited

Winnsol Innovations Private Limited is based out of Chikkadapally in Hyderabad. Our office is a bit spread out across H.No-1-8-500, including units 500/1 and 500/2. It is an older building, which has its own charm, though the plumbing acts up sometimes. We aren't in one of those new shiny towers in Hitech City. We prefer it here in Chikkadapally because it feels more like the real Hyderabad. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby, which is where we spend a lot of our breaks. The office is just a few rooms where we sit and work on our tech ideas. We started this company because we wanted the freedom to try out new things without a boss telling us no. Some of our innovations work out great and others are just learning experiences. That is just the way it goes. The address is a bit confusing for people who haven't been here before, so we often have to guide them in over the phone. We’ve been here in Telangana for quite some time now. We don't really do formal meetings. Most of our planning happens while we are sitting at our desks or grabbing a quick snack. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a dress code or anything corporate like that. We just show up and get to work on whatever project is currently on our plates. It’s a small team and we like it that way.
