Wff Estates Private Limited is based out of the Anvi Eco Grand building on Nankramguda Road. We are up on the fifth floor. It’s a busy spot in Gachibowli, and anyone who knows this part of town knows how the traffic gets around here. Most days are spent looking at property files and talking to people about land or buildings. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular office where we get the work done. The team stays busy with paperwork mostly. It’s a lot of back and forth with different sites. Sometimes it feels like we are always on the phone. Being in Gachibowli means there is always something happening outside the window. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the area just keeps growing. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things organized. We handle the usual real estate stuff you’d expect from a company like ours. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. If you find your way to Sy No.135, you'll see the building easily enough. We usually have tea in the afternoons while we go over the next day's schedule. It’s a pretty standard routine for us. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for all the complicated corporate talk you see elsewhere. Just people working in an office in a busy part of the city. We have been here for a while and it feels right.
