We don’t have a lot of space for anything that isn’t useful, so it’s mostly just the essentials. Sai Saradhi Nagar is a lively neighborhood, and we like being right in the thick of it. You can hear the sounds of the street from the windows, which we don't mind. We focus on getting things done without a lot of unnecessary talk. Our team is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. It makes for a comfortable place to work. We spend our time checking on documents, talking to clients, and making sure our projects stay on track. We don't use complicated jargon or try to impress people with big titles. We’re just regular people who know our business well and want to do a decent job for whoever walks through our door. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, but we just laugh it off and keep going. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far.
