Vspinta Skill Ventures Private Limited is down on the ground floor of Plot No 78. We are in Kavuri Hills, which gets pretty crowded with traffic during the day. It’s near Guttala Begumpet Village. Our space is mostly taken up by computers and chairs. We spend a lot of time talking to people about skills and jobs. It’s a practical place. No one wears fancy suits here. We are usually in jeans just trying to get through the daily list of things to do. The office has big windows, but mostly we are looking at screens. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. Being in the 500033 zip code means we see a lot of people coming and going. We started this because we knew people needed a place to learn stuff that actually matters for work. It’s not a school, just a spot where you can pick up a new ability. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird noise, but it keeps us cool. We keep the kettle going for most of the morning. We are working out of Sy No 41 and 42, which is just part of how the land is divided here. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a bunch of us working in Kavuri Hills. We do our best to help whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of manual tracking and keeping records. We just stay focused on the work. It keeps us busy.
