You can find the Sri Venkateshwara Institute Of Memory Development Research Centre at House No. 18-8-423/A in Lalithabagh, Uppuguda. It’s essentially a home-based setup where we focus on teaching different memory techniques and mental exercises. The building is a regular house in a residential part of Uppuguda, so it feels more personal than a cold office building. We have a couple of rooms set up with chairs and boards where we sit down with people to go over different ways to improve their focus and recall. It is not a huge institute with hundreds of staff members. It is just a small group of us who are interested in how the brain works and want to share that with others. We spend a lot of time reading through old research and trying out new methods ourselves before we teach them. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, with kids playing outside and people going about their business. Inside, we try to keep things quiet so people can concentrate on the mental tasks. We don't do a lot of formal marketing; mostly, people hear about us from their neighbors or friends who have spent time here. It’s a humble place, and we are just regular folks who think that everyone can improve their memory with a bit of practice. We don't have fancy logos or expensive furniture, just a space for learning and a few cups of tea.
