Our workshop is at Plot No. 131 in Phase III of the IDA Cherlapally area. We’re in the Ghatkesar Mandal, right across from Nu Therapeutics. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a lot of factories and big warehouses. We fit right in there. We do a lot of traditional work, the kind of things that take time and effort. The space is large because we need the room for the materials and the tools. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons under the metal roof, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. Being opposite Nu Therapeutics is helpful for giving directions because everyone knows where that is. We aren't a corporate office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a real working space where things are made. There is usually the sound of tools and people talking over the noise of the machines. We’ve been here in Ranga Reddy District for quite a while now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the craft and making sure the items are finished properly before they are shipped out. It’s hard work, but we take pride in just doing what we do every day without any fuss. The dust and the noise are just part of the daily life for us here in Cherlapally.
