I. M. Toon

We are located on the third floor of V. C. Plaza, right across from the BJP office in Potabili. I. M. Toon is a small setup, and being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every time we have to go down for something. The view isn't much, mostly just the street activity and the political office across the way, but it's okay. We do creative work here, mostly animation or drawing stuff, so the office is full of tablets and monitors. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The elevator in this building is hit or miss, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s a busy part of town, so finding parking is always a bit of a nightmare for us and anyone visiting. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and debating over small details in our drawings. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, survived by snacks and tea. It’s not a fancy studio with bean bags or anything like that, just some sturdy desks and chairs. We’re just a small group of artists and tech people trying to make some cool visuals. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we’ve become part of the furniture, just working away on our computers every day.
