You can find us at NCC House in Madhapur. We are Vsn Property Developers Llp. Madhapur is always moving so fast with all the tech companies and traffic, but we focus on the property side of things. Our office is a place where we sit down and look at maps of the Rangareddi area. We’ve been around here for a while. It’s not a very big office, just enough space for us to work on our plans and meet people. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing. Most people find out about us from their friends or family members. We do development work, which means a lot of time spent out in the sun looking at various sites. When we are back at the office, we’re usually tired but we get the paperwork done regardless. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments and government offices. We aren't a big corporate machine. We’re just a small group of people who know a lot about land and buildings in Hyderabad. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or other issues, and we just deal with it. It’s part of the trade. We like the energy of Madhapur, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We just keep our heads down and focus on the properties we are developing. It’s a basic way of working, but it works for us here.
