We have been at the Beerum Arcot Plaza for quite a while now. It is on the second floor, right in the Shymlal Building lane. Begumpet gets pretty busy during the day, so it is a lively spot to be in. We mostly handle computer stuff here. People come in with broken screens or laptops that have slowed down over time. Sometimes they just need a specific part replaced or a bit of simple advice on what they should buy next. We keep things pretty basic at the shop. The office is not anything fancy at all. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. It can get a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we always manage to work it out. Most days are just about fixing whatever is on the desk and answering the telephone. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Dealing with technology can be a real headache for some folks, so we try to take that burden off their hands. We see a lot of students and office workers from around the area because they usually need their machines back quickly. We do what we can to help. It is a job like any other. The building is easy to find if you know the lane. Sometimes the lift acts up, but the stairs are fine. We just keep working through the machines.
