Working out of an apartment complex like this in Chandanagar makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive glass tower. Vrj Solutions Private Limited is our small operation where we handle different tech solutions for our clients. We like being on Pjr Road because it’s a familiar neighborhood for most of us. Inside the office it’s pretty straightforward. We have our setups and a kitchen area where we grab coffee. The commute can be a bit of a pain during rush hour but that is just Hyderabad for you. We spend our hours looking at code and fixing bugs that pop up. It’s not always exciting but it is what we do best. The team is small enough that we all know what everyone else is working on. We don’t bother with corporate jargon or long presentations. If there is a problem we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. Sometimes we stay late if a project needs extra attention but usually we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s just a group of people who know their way around software and want to do a decent day's work without any unnecessary drama or excessive polish.
