Vrc Housing Llp is located in Hema Durga Plaza, which is right across from the Allwyn Colony. If you know the area, you know Miyapur X Roads gets really busy with all the traffic. Our office is F 411, and the site is SY 68. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes. We’ve been here for a while now, just handling housing stuff for the local folks. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at floor plans. Nandini Nagar is a decent place to be based out of. There’s always somewhere nearby to grab a quick lunch or a snack between meetings. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. We just get the work done as it comes. Usually, it’s just about making sure the numbers add up and the documents are in the right folders. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but that’s normal for this part of town. We keep a fan going and just get on with the day’s tasks. People drop by to ask questions about the housing projects every now and then.
