Vpr Infra Projects And Developers Private Limited is located in Kothapet. We are on the 2nd Floor of Sowbhagya Apartments at Plot No.38/A. It is on Road Number 2 in Green Hills Colony. It is a pretty nice area, with mostly homes and trees around us. We have been working out of this office for some time now. Dealing with infra projects means we have a lot of charts and schedules pinned to the walls. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for what we need to do. We spend our mornings talking to vendors and our afternoons usually involve visiting the various sites. Green Hills Colony is a bit tucked away, so it is relatively calm compared to the main Kothapet road. We have a few desks and some old chairs for when people come by to visit us. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a short break to talk about the weather. The work involves a lot of coordinating between many different teams. It can get quite stressful when deadlines approach or when the monsoon rain stops the work for days. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can. Sowbhagya Apts is easy to find if you know where Road No 2 is. We do not use any fancy marketing. We just do our work and handle the day-to-day tasks.
