You can find us at 1-162/1 in Snehapuri Colony, which is right in the Motinagar section of Hyderabad. We are located in the lane near K.K. Hospital, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to navigate the area. This Voltas Ltd branch is where we handle a lot of the local service work. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a down-to-earth place where we get our hands dirty. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who live nearby. People stop by to ask questions or to see when their parts will arrive. We don't use scripts or prepared speeches. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because many of them are. The office is often filled with the sound of phones ringing and people discussing technical issues. We try to keep things as honest as possible. If something is going to take a week to fix, we tell you it’ll take a week. We aren't interested in making things sound better than they are. It’s just how we operate. During the peak of summer, things get pretty hectic around here, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Hyderabad, and we’re happy to be here.
