Vihaan Engineers

Vihaan Engineers is tucked away in Prashanth Nagar, specifically at 5-5-35/218. This part of Kukatpally and Balanagar is very industrial, so we fit right in with the other workshops around here. We do various engineering jobs, mostly involving mechanical parts and repairs. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, no matter how much we sweep it. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know the machines well. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually just walk into the main workshop area and find one of us. The work can be quite tiring, especially when we have to fix something large and heavy. We use a lot of hand tools and some older machinery that still works better than the new stuff. The neighborhood is always busy with small tempos and delivery vans zigzagging through the lanes. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the sound of the grinders. We don't have a marketing plan or any corporate brochures. We just do the engineering work that comes our way. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from the tea stall at the corner. It’s a regular, hardworking shop that doesn't try to be anything else but a place where things get fixed.
