Down at 3a Type Ii in the Industrial Estate of Prashanthinagar, that’s where you will find Optomech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Being in Kukatpally means it’s usually pretty hot, and the industrial park vibe is very much alive here. We spend our days surrounded by tools, blueprints, and various pieces of machinery. It’s a place for people who like to build things and figure out how they work. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned offices all day; we’re mostly on the floor making sure everything is aligned properly. The team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any marketing people here, just engineers and technicians who care about the physical stuff we produce. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, and we stay late to get it right. The workshop can get a bit loud, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a long time, and we like being part of the local industry here. We just focus on the engineering and let the work speak for itself.
