Voltas Limited

This Voltas Limited office is based in Shaheen Nagar, right at house number 10/127. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for quite a while. It’s a practical location for us to handle the local business. We deal with air conditioning and cooling stuff mostly. Our day usually starts with checking which units need servicing and who is out on a call. It’s not a flashy showroom or anything like that. It’s just where the technicians meet up and where we keep our tools and spare parts. The office is a bit small and can get cluttered with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to customers on the phone and trying to figure out why their machines aren't working. It can be a bit stressful when it’s hot outside and everyone wants their AC fixed at once. We just do our best to get to everyone. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to get the job done so people can stay cool. The neighborhood is busy and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve become part of the furniture around here after so many years. Most of us just wear our work clothes and get on with it. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big corporate vibe, just a bunch of people working.
