We have our main setup at the SM Reddy Complex, right on Image Garden Road in Shaikpet. It’s Flat No-102 on the ground floor, so it is quite easy to walk right in without dealing with elevators. This part of Hyderabad, especially around Arunodaya Colony, is always moving fast. VNSHREESTA INFRA LLP started because we saw a lot of work needed to be done in the neighborhood and nearby areas. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group working out of this office. The space is usually filled with files and a few computers. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to suppliers and checking on site progress. It’s not a glamorous job, there is plenty of dust and noise, but it keeps us busy. We like being in Shaikpet because it is central to many of the projects we are currently handling. Being on the ground floor helps when we have to move equipment or when people just drop by to discuss a plan. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on fancy talk. If there is a job to do, we figure out the best way to get it done with what we have. It’s mostly about showing up every morning and staying until the work for the day is sorted. Most days are long but we like the pace.
