Visu Constructions Llp is located over at Lower Tank Bund. The address is 1_2_606/80/12, which sounds like a lot of numbers but it’s basically just a spot near the water. Working near the lake has its days. Sometimes the breeze is nice, other times the smell from the water is a bit much, especially in the summer heat. Our office isn't one of those glass buildings you see in Hitech City. It’s a more traditional setup. We handle construction projects from here. Most of the time, the desks are covered in blueprints and muddy boots because people are coming in from sites. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. If you want water, you go to the cooler in the corner. It's a practical space for people who actually do work. The stairs are a bit narrow and the lighting is okay, nothing great. We’ve grown used to the sounds of traffic passing by on the way to the city center. It’s a busy part of town, so parking is always a bit of a headache for us and anyone visiting. We just stay focused on the builds and the paperwork that comes with them. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what the other person is doing. We keep the doors open and just get on with it.
