Visista Homes Private Limited is a small outfit working out of SBI Colony in the Gandhi Nagar area. Specifically, we’re located over in Bakaram. It is an older part of Hyderabad with a lot of character. We work on residential projects, mostly helping families get into a place they can call their own. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been in this spot for a while and know the local vendors pretty well. Construction in a crowded area like this has its challenges, like narrow streets and loud noises. We just deal with it. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day we are checking on a concrete pour, and the next we are at the municipal office. We don't have fancy mission statements. We just want to make sure the roofs don't leak and the floors are level. It is a practical business. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to get things done on time. The city is expanding, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished house. We stay focused on the task at hand and don't worry about much else. We're just normal folks doing our part to build the neighborhood up slowly.
