You can find us over in HUDA Colony in Chandanagar. Our office is at H. NO. 6-95/34/8/9/MIG, which is a bit of a long address to write out but it’s a solid spot in Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad. We’ve been working from this location for a while now, focusing on our local projects. The neighborhood is mostly residential, which makes it a nice, relatively quiet place to get work done. We handle various real estate and avenue projects from this small office. It’s nothing too fancy inside, just some desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we’d rather just get the work done. People from around the area know us, and we often have folks dropping in to ask about land or upcoming developments. Telangana is changing so fast, and being in Chandanagar puts us right in the middle of some of that growth. Our team is small, and we all wear many hats. One day we might be doing accounts, and the next we’re out walking a site. It’s the kind of business where you have to be ready for anything. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst all the paperwork. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the local scene here. We don't need any complex mission statements, just a clear desk and a plan for the day.
