We're over at Unit 22 in the Technocrats Industrial Estate in Bala Nagar. It's a busy spot. Lots of noise and activity around here every day. We've been here for a bit now. Most days it’s just us trying to get through the list of things to do. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty bad, especially when the trucks are moving. The office itself isn’t anything fancy. It’s got what we need to get the job done. People usually find us by looking for the unit number since the estate is big. We mostly deal with construction-related stuff, as the name says. It's hard work. We don't really have a big team, just enough of us to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on site or looking at plans. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we manage. If you're coming by, park near the front if you can. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down. Sometimes later if there's a lot of paperwork. We just try to keep things honest and finish what we started. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we do. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved in. More buildings coming up every year. We've stayed put right here in Bala Nagar. It's a good central spot for us to reach different parts of the city. We keep the kettle on and focus on the day.
