Our office is based in Madhapur, specifically at Plot No 46 in Vital Rao Nagar. This is a very active part of Hyderabad, and being here puts us right where the action is for construction. We are a small LLP and we focus on getting our building projects done without a lot of fuss. We spend most of our time between the office and the various sites we have going. It’s a lot of managing schedules and making sure the materials are there. Sometimes the traffic in Madhapur makes getting around a bit of a headache, but that is just part of living and working here in the 500081 area. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local regulations and how to get things moving. Our office is a simple workspace with some computers and a lot of paper. We prefer it that way because it keeps us focused on the construction side of things. If you are in Vital Rao Nagar, you’ll likely see us coming and going. We are just regular people trying to build good things in our city. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track, but we enjoy the challenge of a new build. We just keep working until the job is finished and then move on to the next one.
