Vintick Mp Solutions is over in the Allapoor area of Balanagar. We are located in H.NO- 14-1-90/502, right in Gayatri Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood in the K.V.Rangareddy district. Finding the house number can be a little tricky the first time because the streets here are a bit of a tangle, but once you get to the 502 unit, you’ll find us. We’ve been working from this space for a while. It’s not a big corporate park with security guards and glass elevators. Instead, it’s a more grounded place where we can actually focus. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We deal with various technical solutions throughout the day, so there is always something to fix or a new plan to sketch out on the whiteboard. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We talk about local news or what’s for lunch just as much as we talk about work. Sometimes the street noise from Balanagar drifts in through the windows, but we’re used to it. It’s a very human place to work. We don't have a HR department writing memos or anything like that. We just handle our business, help each other out when someone gets stuck on a problem, and try to wrap things up at a decent hour. It is a quiet, steady way to run a small company in this part of Telangana. We enjoy the simplicity of our office and the neighborhood we are in.
