If you go up to the second floor of the Modernprofound Techpark in Kondapur, you’ll find us in Office No. 201. We’ve been set up here in Survey No 03 for a bit, and it’s a pretty active part of Hyderabad. Being in 500032 puts us right in the middle of all the growth happening in this part of the city. We work on various development projects, trying to keep up with the fast pace of things around here. It’s a lot of hours spent at desks and in meetings, looking over maps and plans to see where the next project will fit. The office is usually cluttered with files and coffee cups because we stay late quite often. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, we just want to do decent work on the projects we take on. Sometimes the traffic in Kondapur makes getting to the office a real headache, but once we're here, we get down to business. We handle the day-to-day tasks of managing sites and making sure things move forward. It’s not always smooth, as there are always delays or permits to wait for, but we keep at it. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a group of people working together to build things in Hyderabad. It is a lot of work but we like it.
