Vilaa Projects Llp is based in Shanti Nagar. Our office is number 301 in Sirisha Enclave, which is located at 10-2-289/23. This is in the 500028 part of Hyderabad. We’ve been working out of this enclave for a good while. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which helps when we’re trying to focus on our projects. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us in a regular office space. We handle various project-related tasks, mostly staying within the city limits. We’ve lived in Hyderabad our whole lives, so we know the neighborhoods well. Shanti Nagar is a good base for us. We aren't interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the plans, talk to the contractors, and make sure things are moving along. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, but that’s just part of the job. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We prefer to spend our time actually working rather than talking about working. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere. That’s how we know we’re getting things done. We like being an LLP because it lets us stay flexible. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work. We've seen a lot of changes in the city over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project at hand. It's a simple way to run a company.
