The street is always full of life, with tea stalls and people waiting around. Our building is a bit tucked away, but it’s busy once you step inside. We handle a lot of paperwork and boxes every single day. There is a certain rhythm to how we work. We start early, checking what came in the night before. The office isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we won't be able to move. We have old metal desks and some files that have been around for years. Sunder Nagar can be quite noisy with all the traffic, but we don't mind it much anymore. It’s just part of being in this area. Sometimes we talk to the people working at the hospital during our lunch breaks. We are just a small team of people trying to keep everything running smoothly. There aren't any big speeches or corporate slogans here. We just look at the lists, pack the items, and make sure the logs are updated. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The 27/A address has been our home for a long time now, and we have gotten used to the daily rush.
