You can find us at Plot No. 2 in Maithrivihar. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs, which is nice for a change. Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. has been operating out of here for some time now. The building is functional—nothing too flashy on the outside or the inside. We have several departments all working under one roof, and sometimes it feels a bit crowded, but we get by. The morning starts with everyone pulling into the lot and grabbing a quick tea before the meetings start. We do a lot of manufacturing here, so there is always a sense of motion. You see people in lab coats walking around and others in the office handling the logistics side of things. Maithrivihar is a good location for us, even if the road gets a bit bumpy after the rain. We don't have a dedicated PR team writing scripts for us; we just focus on the batches and the quality checks. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra hours to catch up. That is just how it is. It's a lot of mundane tasks like checking temperatures and updating logs, but someone has to do it. The atmosphere is just people working hard and wanting to go home to their families at the end of the day. It’s a straightforward operation at Plot No. 2 and we like it that way.
