Our facility is at No. 205/ 2-A in Phase-2 of the Ida in Cherlapally. We work in the chemical and drug industry, which is a bit different from the metal shops you see around here. Things have to be kept a lot cleaner, but it is still a busy industrial site. There is usually a distinct smell in the air from the various ingredients we use. We’ve been in Cherlapally for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the constant sound of trucks in the Ida. Our team isn't very large. We mostly just focus on our own tasks and don't worry about corporate politics or big meetings. We spend our days checking the equipment and making sure the batches are being handled the right way. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. We don't have a flashy office or any promotional materials. If you come by, you’ll just see people in lab coats and a lot of stainless steel containers. Sometimes the paperwork for all the regulations feels like it takes up half the day, but we just get it done. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to keep the production running smoothly and make sure the items we produce are consistent. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work, and we are fine with that. We just focus on our daily routine and go home.
