Gland Pharma Limited

Our office is in Flat No. 201 at Green Land Apartments. It's building number 1/2 in the Ameerpet area. If you know Ameerpet, you know it’s a crowded place with lots of traffic and people moving around. But once you get inside the apartment complex, it gets a bit quieter. Gland Pharma Limited is basically a few rooms where we manage our daily work. It doesn't look like a big pharmaceutical company from the outside. It just looks like a place where people live. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. Inside the flat, we have our computers and several rows of files. The space is a bit tight when we have everyone in at the same time. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you need something, you just knock on the door and one of us will answer. The kitchen in the flat serves as our break room. It’s very informal. We focus on the work we have to do and don’t spend much time worrying about the office looking polished. Most of our days are spent checking documents and talking to people on the phone. It’s a steady kind of work. We like being in Ameerpet because it's central, even if the noise outside is constant. We just keep the windows shut and get on with our tasks. It’s a simple, honest setup for us.
