At Vijayakalpa Developers Private Limited, you can find us on the 3rd floor of a building in Narsingi village. Our office is Flat 301, located at 2-113/10/1 on Plot 1 and 2. It is right in the Gandipet mandal area of Rangareddi. Being out here in 500075 means we are away from the main city center, but things are growing fast in this direction. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints and dealing with the local land records. It’s a lot of practical stuff, not very glamorous. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about land or building plans. We have a lot of papers scattered around usually because there’s always something to sign or check. Working in the Rangareddi district keeps us pretty occupied with the day-to-day details of developing property. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just tell people what we're doing and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a local operation and we like it that way. We know the roads and the people around Narsingi quite well. It’s just a normal day for us, trying to get things built and making sure the paperwork is all in order for the next step. It's a bit of a grind sometimes.
