Vijay Kumar

I am Vijay Kumar and my place is H.No.1-12-127/A in Nizamabad. We are right opposite the D4Th Sub-Station in Srinagar Colony, Vinayak Nagar. It’s a very easy landmark to give people because everyone knows where the station is. Being in the Nizamabad area, the weather gets quite warm, so we keep the fans running all day. The house is where I run everything from. It’s a mix of a home and a workspace, which works out well for me. I don’t have to commute through traffic every morning. I’ve got my books and my ledgers laid out on a big wooden desk. Sometimes my kids run through the back while I’m talking to someone, but that’s just life. People stop by to chat or ask about things, and I try to help out where I can. It’s a friendly neighborhood where everyone keeps an eye on each other’s places. The building itself has been around for quite some time and has seen a lot of changes in the colony. I don’t use any fancy software or complicated systems if I can help it. Paper and pen usually do the trick for me. I’ve been doing this for years and I don’t see myself changing how I operate anytime soon. It’s just how things are done here in Vinayak Nagar. No fuss, just daily work in a place I know well.
