Our office for Vidhya Sethu Private Limited is located at 303 D Block in Aparna Heights 1, over in Kondapur. It’s a residential-style setup which we actually prefer because it feels more relaxed than a standard office park. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of the neighbors know us. We focus on bridge education, trying to connect students with what they need to succeed. It’s a lot of small-scale work, taking things one student at a time. The office is usually filled with papers and books, and maybe a stray tea cup here and there. We aren't corporate types; we usually just wear what's comfortable and get to work. Kondapur is always buzzing, but inside the D Block, it’s actually fairly calm. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It's just a few of us who know the education system and want to help out. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we don't mind the stairs. We think it’s important to be reachable and real, so we don't use a lot of big words or empty promises. People come to us when they're stuck, and we do our best to find a way forward for them.
