VERNACULAR HOMES LLP is located over in Jubilee Hills on Road No 92. It’s a busy part of Shaikpet, but our spot at Plot No 550-B-III in Anita Square is easy enough to find. We spend our days thinking about how people actually live in their houses. It’s not just about four walls for us. We started this because we saw a lot of buildings that didn't really fit the local climate or the way families here move around. Hyderabad has its own style, and we try to stick to that. My desk is usually covered in drawings and samples of materials we’re considering. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. We don't mind the clutter as long as the work is getting done. Being in Telangana-500033 means we are right in the thick of things. We deal with contractors, suppliers, and everyone else needed to get a home built. It takes a lot of coordination. There are days when things don't go exactly to plan, but that’s just part of the construction business. We take it one step at a time. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you what we are working on and let the progress speak for itself. It keeps us busy from morning till evening and that is fine by us.
