Verdure Townships Llp

Verdure Townships Llp is based out of the Nandagiri Hills area, which is part of the Co-op Housing Society in Jubilee Hills. Our address is H.No.8-2-293/82/Ng/53, Plot No. 53, and it’s a pretty quiet spot compared to some other parts of Hyderabad. We mostly work on townships and land stuff. It’s a lot of walking around outside, looking at plots and figuring out where things should go. Sometimes the ground is stubborn or the paperwork for the society takes longer than we expected, but that is just how the township business goes. We have a small team here and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don't need to be told what to do every five minutes. We just show up, look at the maps, and talk to the people who are interested in what we’re doing. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s steady. We deal with a lot of local regulations and spend time making sure everything is where it belongs on the plot. Sometimes we sit out and have tea while talking over the plans for the next phase. It feels more like a local outfit because that’s what we are. We know the neighbors and the people in the society. We’re just trying to do a decent job with the land we have available here in India and make sure the projects actually get finished as planned.
