Venturebay Technologies Llp is based on the ground floor portion of H.No 2 22 310/66C. We are located in the Addagutta Housing Society in Western Hills. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a lot more grounded than being in a high-rise. We aren't some big anonymous tech firm. We are just a few people working out of this ground floor space in Hyderabad. The Western Hills area is a good place to be, and being in a housing society means it’s relatively quiet during the day. We do tech work, which usually means a lot of hours sitting in front of monitors. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll just see us at our desks. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon because it doesn't really fit who we are. We just take on projects and try to solve the problems that come with them. Our setup is simple: good computers, comfortable chairs, and a small kitchen for making tea. We like the independence of being an LLP and working from Addagutta. It’s not about being the biggest company in the city; it’s just about doing work that we can be okay with at the end of the day. We have our routines and we stick to them, keeping things straightforward for ourselves and anyone we work with. It's just simple tech work from a local office.
