We are Venko Infra Llp, and you can find us at Road No: 51 in Jubilee Hills. Our office is tucked into the Jubilee Hills Co-op HB Society at 8 2 293 82 A 1034 & 1. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic, but we like being in the middle of it all. We work on infrastructure projects, which sounds big and fancy, but really it just means we deal with the bones of buildings and roads. Some days we are looking at heavy machinery on a site, other days we are just sitting through long meetings about municipal permits. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. More than most people think when they see a building going up. We’ve been operating out of this area for a bit now, and we’ve seen how much the neighborhood has changed over the years. We try to keep our head down and just do the work we’re contracted for. Our team is a mix of engineers and site supervisors who have been around the block a few times. We don't have a big fancy website with lots of photos; we mostly get work through word of mouth. Building things in a hilly place like this has its own set of challenges with the uneven terrain. You have to be very careful with the foundations. We spend a lot of time checking the soil and the levels. If the site is clean and the structure is solid, we're satisfied.
