We operate out of Kapila Complex in the 6th Phase of KPHB Colony. Being in Kukatpally means we are right in the middle of all the new buildings going up in Hyderabad. We deal with ready-mix concrete, which is a fast-paced business. The trucks have to go out on time or the mix goes bad, so there is always a bit of stress involved. Our office is in Flat No. 303 on Plot No 21/A. It’s where we handle all the paperwork and scheduling. There’s a lot of coordination needed between the site and the plant. We’ve got a team that knows the roads around Telangana-500072 like the back of their hand. Traffic can be a real nightmare sometimes, but we try our best to work around it. Concrete is heavy, messy stuff, but it's what holds everything up. We’ve seen the skyline change quite a bit from our windows. It isn't a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the builders have what they need when they need it. We talk to contractors all day long. Some are easy to deal with, others are a bit more difficult, but that's just business. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches, just getting the trucks moving and making sure the mix is right for the job. It keeps us on our toes. There is always a truck to track or a delivery to coordinate with the site managers.
