We are located on the first floor at the North End of the Anilath Maja Housing Society. It's right on Road No 2. Vasavi Incredible Developers Llp is a small operation, mostly focused on getting housing projects sorted out. The office address is a bit of a mouthful, 8 2 120/86/9/A/1, but we've been here long enough that the postman knows us. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different building sites. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a flat or a piece of land. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a big meeting. It’s mostly jeans and shirts. We have some old maps of the area pinned to the walls. It’s interesting to see how the society has filled up. Building things takes a lot of patience and dealing with a lot of different people. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes they go fast. We just take it as it comes. It's a local business through and through. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a couple of desks and a lot of files. Most of our work is right here in the neighborhood. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to be careful. We usually keep a kettle going for tea. It's not a polished corporate spot, but we like it here. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the sites are moving.
