We’re located in the Northend part of the Anilath Maja Housing Society in Banjara Hills. Our office is on the first floor at Road No 2. It’s a well-known area, but our office is pretty low-key. We don't have big signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks of running a buildox company. We handle a lot of different aspects of construction and property work from this Khairatabad location. The neighborhood is nice, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. Our team is a small group of people who have been working together for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Most of our days are spent checking on material costs, talking to site supervisors, and making sure the paperwork for the government is in order. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't talk much about "visions" or "missions." We just want to get the buildings finished without too many problems. There’s always something that goes wrong, like a pipe bursting or a truck breaking down, and we just deal with it. That’s just the reality of the work we do every day. We try to be honest about the timelines and keep the site workers on track as much as possible.
