Varforce Solutions Llp

Our place, Varforce Solutions, is over in Sainikpuri. We are at Plot 34 in Kakatiya Nagar East. If you know the area, it is quite peaceful compared to the rest of Hyderabad. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is a small team here working on different kinds of technical solutions for people who need them. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on emails trying to sort out issues for our clients. The office is just a regular building, nothing fancy to look at. We have some desks, a few chairs, and way too many cables running across the floor. Sometimes it feels like we are just fighting with technology all day, but that is the job. We don’t have those modern office things like bean bags or free snacks, just a water cooler and a small stove for making tea. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose because it is easier to talk to each other without having to go through a manager. The neighborhood is nice for a walk when the weather isn't too hot. We mostly work with local folks but sometimes we get projects from further away. It’s just a practical setup where we come in, do what needs doing, and then head home to our families in the evening. Nothing more to it than that really.
