VARA GANAPATI DREAM HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is located at 8-1-284/OU/275 in OU Colony, which is part of the Shaikpet area. We basically work out of this spot every day. Shaikpet is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the local lanes, but once you find OU Colony, it’s not too bad. The office is where we handle the planning for the houses we work on. It isn't a massive glass building or anything like that. It's more of a local setup where we can sit down and talk about building things. Most of the time, the desk is covered in papers and maps of the plots we are looking at. We spend a lot of time discussing how to fit everything into the budget and what the local regulations are for that specific street. People stop by once in a while to ask about progress or just to check in. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads nearby, which helps when we need to focus. We’ve been focusing on these dream home projects for a bit now, and it’s mostly about getting the foundations right and making sure the walls go up straight. There’s always some noise from the neighbors or a motorbike passing by, but that’s just life in Shaikpet. We like it here because it’s close to where a lot of the actual building is happening. We usually have some snacks around for when the afternoon hunger hits.
