Vallkanta Nirman Private Limited is located at H.No. L-2-33/54/2 on Plot No. 20. We are based in A.S. Raju Nagar, which is right off Nizampet Road in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It is a busy area, as anyone who lives in Kukatpally knows. There is always a lot of construction and movement around here. We are just one of the local businesses trying to do a good job with our building projects. Our office is a practical space, nothing too flashy. We chose this spot because it is central for a lot of the work we do. It’s easy to get to, though parking can sometimes be a bit tricky on the busier days. We have a few people working here who have been in the construction line for years. We don't talk much about new technology or stuff like that; we just focus on building things that stay up and look right. The team stays busy with the day-to-day paperwork and planning that comes with being a Nirman company. Most of our clients are local folks or people who have heard about us from others in the neighborhood. We think it’s better to just work hard and let the results speak for themselves. Anyway, that is pretty much who we are and where we are at. We’re just regular people working in the Hyderabad real estate and construction scene.
