You can find Valignit Technologies over in Sun City, specifically at Plot 87 in the B Block of P&T Colony. Bandlaguda Jagir is a bit further out than some of the other business hubs in Hyderabad, but it’s a lot quieter here, which we actually enjoy. We like that it isn’t as crowded or loud as the main parts of the city. The office is tucked away in a mostly residential-style area, so it feels very local and grounded to us. Most of the people working here live around the Rangareddy district, so the commute isn't too terrible compared to the nightmare of going towards Hitech City or Gachibowli every day. Inside the office, it’s just a basic setup with simple desks, chairs, and our computers. We don't have a big HR department or a long list of corporate values pinned to the wall for everyone to see. We just come in, say hello to each other, and start working on our various projects. The neighborhood has a few small shops where we go for snacks or a quick soda in the afternoon. It's a very straightforward and honest way of working. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the street, and you can hear them through the open windows. It makes the whole place feel more like a real part of the community. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest company out there. We just want to do good work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical space for practical people, and that’s really all there is to it.
