Our place is in Habisguda, at H-NO. 3-4-104/E on Street No. 8 in Lakshmi Nagar. Vaikuntadhara Infra Developers Private Limited is just a local business trying to keep up with all the infrastructure needs around this part of Hyderabad. We aren’t a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s a small group of us who know the area and the type of work required for infra projects. Most of our time is spent out on the roads or at the sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Street No. 8 can get quite cramped, so we are used to the noise and the general chaos of the city. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on the pipes, the roads, and the foundations. It’s heavy work and it takes a toll on the equipment and the people. We’ve had days where nothing seems to go right, but you just have to keep moving. We try to be practical about everything. If a project needs more time, it needs more time. We don’t try to sugarcoat things for anyone. The office in Lakshmi Nagar is mostly for the boring stuff like payroll and permits. We’d much rather be out where the actual building is happening. It’s how we’ve always done it. We just show up and get on with the task at hand every day without making a big deal out of it.
