If you are looking for us, we are over in Kukatpally at Royal Palace in Jaibharathnagar. Our spot is Flat 105, right on plots 69 and 70. It is a bit of a climb or a quick lift ride up. Being on Nizampet Road means there is always a lot of activity right outside the door. Vaibhav Sai PEB Solutions Private Limited is mostly just a group of us working on steel structures and building designs. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We have some samples of materials lying around and a few old chairs for visitors. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit messy because we are always in the middle of a project. Hyderabad is a big city, and Kukatpally is one of those spots that never seems to sleep. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels lived-in. Usually, our mornings are spent on calls or looking at drawings on the computer screen. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the engineering side of things. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist. Most of the time, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the local tea stall around the corner pretty well. It’s just how we work, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss about it. The traffic on Nizampet Road is quite something during the evenings too.
